All (non-retainer) orders will be delivered within 7 business days of us processing your Creative Brief (which requires 1 full business day). Note that we do NOT count agency-observed holidays or weekends as “business days.” Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
DELIVERY POLICY
Standard delivery is 7 business days from the date we process your completed Creative Brief (which requires one full business day) for most writing projects. Upgraded faster delivery services can be added to most services at an additional cost as outlined during the purchasing process.
The Delivery Policy of 7 business days does NOT apply to Dynamic Duo/Retainer Services. Please reference the Delivery Policy for Dynamic Duo/Retainer Services here.
By placing an order, you are consenting to our standard Privacy Policy.
All orders must be redeemed within 120 days of the purchase date. After that time, you will forfeit all monies paid.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we deem it does not align with our guidelines and corporate policy. In such circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and a full refund of fees paid.
