Word Stylistz operates as a program administered by BAAB Writing and Marketing Services and offers a variety of copywriting services. No cancellations will be accepted. All collected fees and applicable recurring payments are nonrefundable.

All orders must be redeemed within 120 days of the purchase date. After that time, you will forfeit all monies paid.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we deem it does not align with our guidelines and corporate policy. In such circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and a full refund of fees paid.

All completed orders will be stored in our files for 1 year.


Copyright in all published content (such as text produced on your behalf) will pass to the client upon completion of the project for all projects where payment has been rendered.


Word Stylistz operates during standard business hours and is NOT available on weekends. Our office hours are as follows:

Friday: 9 a.m. EDT – 11:30 a.m. EDT

Word Stylistz reserves the right to modify content delivery turnaround and processing times for all limited-time offers, including, but not limited to, limited-time bundles, packages and standalone writing services.


Because you give us answers to questions regarding your needs and requirements, your copy will be written to your specifications. We do not provide rewrites if you change your mind or simply don’t like the flava of the copy. We DO rewrite copy where we have misunderstood the guidance provided in your creative brief. If this happens, we’re happy to offer one rewrite at no charge. 

We leave small changes like cannot vs. can’t up to your own preference as we know you can make these yourself. Tying up our Word Stylistz to tackle simple modifications like that will only drive up our insanely low rates. And remember, Word Stylistz is all about giving you smokin’ hot, money-making words that won’t break the bank.

Now, at times, we do miss the mark. When that happens, please send your rewrite request to us at [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving your original content.

We will likely ask questions about the reason for your rewrite request and you’ll need to respond within 2 business days. We will deliver your rewritten copy within 5 business days of receiving ALL requested follow up information.

Note that failure to submit your revision request and respond to all questions will void your opportunity to receive a rewrite.


Word Stylistz does not guarantee ad approvals or performance. A quality, high-performing ad extends far beyond ad copy and is based on several elements including target audience and size, campaign budget, offer, landing page, image selection and a variety of other variables. Because of this, we cannot guarantee ad approval or performance.


Word Stylistz are a team of copywriters responsible for crafting your words. We do not advise, recommend or suggest layout or page design for any of the writing services we provide.


Multi-orders (the purchase of more than one writing service at one time) are non-transferrable and may not be resold.


Content purchased through any of the agency/retainer service options can be used for the purchaser OR the purchaser’s clients. All agency/retainer services require a 3-month commitment and will be billed monthly. Please note that you cannot “roll over” content. This means, if you invested in 4 pieces of content per month, you cannot skip a cycle and get 8 pieces of content the following cycle. 

We spread content delivery for agency/retainer services over the client’s 4-week billing period. The initial content for each billing period will be delivered within 10 business days, starting from the date we receive the client’s content requests. From there, content will be delivered weekly until the content allowance for the specific agency/retainer services has been exhausted. 

Content requests must be submitted within 5 business days of your monthly billing date. For example, if your monthly billing date was on June 25, 2021, you must submit your content requests for the 4-week period starting on June 25, 2021 by July 2, 2021. Failure to adhere to this guideline may result in delayed content delivery. 

Payments rendered are considered fully earned and non refundable. Because unused content allowances are not carried over, it is incumbent upon the Client to use their total number of content allowances each billing cycle.

Billing will continue automatically after the required 3-month commitment unless we receive a written cancellation notice emailed to us at [email protected]. Either party may terminate retainers for any reason within 15 days’ advance notice of cancellation (after the required 3-month minimum retainer has been fulfilled). Failure to comply with our 15-day advance notice will result in immediate forfeiture of any pending or outstanding content submissions/requests you may have.

Retainer fees are due in full for the intended month of cancellation if proper notice is not provided. 


Standard delivery is 7 business days from the first full business day AFTER the date we receive your completed Creative Brief (or scheduled call for agency/retainer services) for most writing projects. Upgraded faster delivery can be added to most services at an additional cost as outlined during the purchasing process.

For example, if you submit your Creative Brief on a Tuesday at 4 p.m. your time, we will process your Creative Brief by Wednesday 4 p.m. EDT. In this scenario, your agreed upon delivery time countdown would start Thursday when we process your order. 

This Delivery Policy guideline does NOT apply to Dynamic Duo/Retainer Services or limited-time offers. Please see above for content delivery guidelines for Dynamic Duo/Retainer Services and limited-time offers.

Note that orders received on weekends and office-observed holidays will be processed the following first full business day. We shut down once each year and observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day 2024, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Monday, January 15), Easter (observed on Good Friday, March 29), Memorial Day, Juneteenth (observed Wednesday, June 19), 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Day After Thanksgiving (Black Friday), Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

Holiday list is subject to change with notice. 

Holiday Shutdown Notice: Word Stylistz will not deliver any one-off projects from Friday, December 20, 2024 to Wednesday, December 25, 2024. We will reopen Thursday, December 26, 2024. If you place an order AND complete your Creative Brief during our Holiday Shutdown, your turnaround time countdown will start on Friday, December 27, 2024 (keeping in mind that our office will be closed on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day). Account managers will coordinate delivery times with retainers to ensure minimal impact on operations during the Shutdown.
