Refund Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS/CONSULTATION CALLS/AUDITS
All sales are final. No refunds. Digital products/consultation calls and audits are created and delivered with the intent to provide expert advice.

As a courtesy, paid one-on-one consultation and audit calls can be rescheduled one time at no additional cost. All subsequent no-shows (or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice) will incur a re-booking fee of $150.

COURSES/WORKSHOPS/MASTERCLASSES/LIVE EVENTS
Payment Terms

All sales are final. No refunds. Our standard payment terms is that a nonrefundable “hold-your-seat” or processing fee is taken at booking unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

No cancellations will be accepted. All deposit fees and recurring payments are nonrefundable.

Non-Attendance

If you do not attend the LIVE course presentations or complete tasks as assigned, the full course fee remains due. Replay recordings will be available at the discretion of the facilitator.

Unforeseen Circumstances

On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and a full refund of fees paid.
